Behind declines for shares of Dow Inc. and Visa, the Dow Jones Industrial Average is down Friday afternoon. Shares of Dow Inc. and Visa have contributed to the blue-chip gauge’s intraday decline, as the Dow was most recently trading 105 points, or 0.3%, lower. Dow Inc.’s shares have fallen $1.56 (2.6%) while those of Visa have fallen $3.71 (1.7%), combining for an approximately 35-point drag on the Dow. Also contributing significantly to the decline are Microsoft Apple Inc. and Goldman Sachs A $1 move in any of the index’s 30 components equates to a 6.58-point swing.
